Panel processing requirements:

Notch processing requirements:

(1) The corresponding mechanical equipment should be used for notch processing, and the saw blade for notch processing should be kept sharp. It is not suitable to use hand-held machinery for processing on site.

(2) The width, length and position of the notch should meet the design requirements.

(3) The side of the notch should not be damaged or cracked, the groove should be smooth and clean, and there should be no visible stairs.

(4) The allowable deviation of fiber cement board grooving processing size should comply with the provisions of the following table.

Processing requirements of the back bolt hole:

(1) The back bolt hole should be processed with the corresponding drilling machinery matched with the back bolt.

(2) The back grain affecting the joints of the back bolt should be polished, and the polished place should be smooth.

(3) The number, position and depth of the back bolt holes should meet the design requirements. The diameter of drilling and reaming shall meet the technical requirements of the back bolt product. For the flush back bolt directly connected with the back of the fiber cement board, the drilling depth should be controlled at the distance from the decorative surface of the curtain wall to the bottom of the hole.

The depth of drilling shall be controlled in the distance between the decorative surface of the curtain wall and the bottom of the hole, and the distance between the visible surface and the bottom of the connector.

(4) The back bolt can be implanted by pressing or rotating, and the tightening torque of the back bolt should meet the requirements of the back bolt manufacturer. After implantation, it should be confirmed that the connection is firm and the work is reliable.

(5) The back bolt hole shall not be damaged or cracked, and the inside of the hole should be smooth and clean.

The allowable deviation of the processing size of the back bolt hole should meet the requirements of the following table.
